1. Information AppPilot processes
Workspace account details, connected app metadata, review content, reply drafts, and operational history may be processed to provide the service.
2. Google Play connection data
The final policy must explain service account credentials, requested permissions, review synchronization, and publishing of approved replies.
3. AI-assisted processing
The final policy must identify the production AI providers, the data sent for translation and drafting, and the applicable retention controls.
4. Retention and deletion
Retention periods for reviews, drafts, credentials, account records, and backups must match the production implementation.
5. International users
The published policy must explain the legal basis, cross-border processing, regional rights, and a working contact method.
6. Contact and data requests
Users need a verified channel to request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible data.
