1. Authorized use
You must have permission to access every Google Play application, mailbox, message, attachment, credential, and model account connected to AppPilot. Do not upload or process data that you are not authorized to use.
2. Accounts and security
Use an individual account, protect credentials, and promptly remove access when it is no longer required. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and connected providers.
3. AI drafts and human approval
AI output is a draft, not a verified statement. Review facts, tone, language, privacy implications, platform limits, and promises before publishing. AppPilot must not be treated as automatically approving customer-facing content.
4. External providers
Google Play, AI providers, IMAP, and SMTP services control their own availability, pricing, quotas, policies, and data handling. AppPilot cannot guarantee an external provider action until that provider confirms it.
5. Billing
Displayed prices and limits are product proposals until a production billing system and final commercial terms are activated. A disabled or preview checkout does not create a subscription, charge, invoice, renewal, or entitlement.
6. Availability and changes
No production uptime commitment or service-level agreement is currently offered. Product capabilities may change during the preview period, and material limitations should remain visible in the interface.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for misuse, security risk, or violation of provider policies. A production account-deletion and recovery procedure must be defined before self-service irreversible deletion is enabled.
8. Contact
Questions can be sent to support@appopshub.com. The responsible contracting entity and governing law must be added before commercial launch.
